The two winners came in the U-11 category with Guruveer Singh in the boys and Anahat Singh in the girls getting the honours. Both, the top seeds, did not lose a single game on way to the title. Guruveer Singh defeated second seed Jayden Oon of Malaysia 11-8, 11-7, 11-4 in the final while Anahat beat the second seed from Singapore, Simmy Ong Zhe Sim 11-5,11-9, 11-2. In the U-19 boys’ section, Rutvik Rau looked off colour in the final to lose to the second seed Sanjay Jeeva of Malaysia.
Sanjay won 11-6, 11-8, 12-10. Apart from these, Ekam Singh came 5th in the U-15 category, Gitanjali Vasudevan was placed 5th in the girls u-15 section while Shreeman Raghavan was 7th in the U-17 boys placings.
