Brio Bliss Life Science focuses on developmental pediatrics segment. While Nutri Synapzz caters to IVF specialties across India. With the acquisitions, Shield Healthcare aims to increase its market dominance in gynaecology and paediatrics.

L Mahadevan, Founder and MD, said, “At Shield, we started our journey 25 years back catering to GPs and physicians. The footprint of the company increased from Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh to other parts of South India and then to the rest of the country. We continued to evolve ahead of the industry. Realising the shift in the market, we zeroed in on gynaecology and infertility segments and later to pediatrics. Today, we are looking at expansion via organic and inorganic growth. To further strengthen our growth journey, we have brought on board, Aniruddha Rajurkar.”
