AAP's Atishi congratulates Gambhir, says will always be available for help

Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) East Delhi candidate Atishi on Thursday congratulated Gautam Gambhir for winning the parliamentary seat, and said she will always be available for help and collaboration.

In a series of tweets, Ms Atishi said,''Congratulations to @GautamGambhir! People of East Delhi have reposed their trust in you. I will always be available for help and collaboration for the betterment of East Delhi. All the best!''

''And many thanks to the people of East Delhi. Have been overwhelmed by the love and affection I have gotten here. I will always be available for you and shall continue my work here for a safer, more educated and developed East Delhi,'' she said.

''Would also like to thank the volunteers of @AamAadmiParty who gave their heart and soul to my campaign! All of you are amazing! It gives me a great sense of hope that so many people, from different walks have life have come together to bring change in this country,'' she said.

''And finally thanks to all the 1000s of people who supported my crowdfunding campaign! Not only did your support give me strength, but the hope that we can create a clean model of election funding in India,'' she added.

According to the trends, Gautam Gambhir is ahead by 6,95,109 votes against Congress' Arvinder Singh Lovely in East Delhi who is trailing with 3,04,718 votes.

AAP's Atishi is on the third position in the triangular contest with 2,19,156 votes.
