    1.The opposition party President Rahul Gandhi started his speech at the assembly saying that the whole nation was hit by Modi's jumla strike.
    2.He directly attacked the Defence Minister Nirmala Sitaraman saying that she 'lied to the people of India' about the Rafale deal with France. He added that the French Prime Minister denied having any such deals.
    3.He questioned the Prime Minister about the promises which were made including Rs 15 lakhs in the accounts of people and 20 crore job offers to the youth.
    4.Rahul said that he could see the Prime Minister smiling but the later was unable to look into his eyes.
    5.The Congress president mentioned that the PM doesn't care about small businessmen, he cares only about 10-20 'suited and booted' big businessmen. 
    6.Claiming that the other countries were accusing India of failing women, Rahul said that the government is not able to protect women at this age.
    7.Rahul Gandhi said, “You can abuse me, you can call me Pappu, but I don't have a speck of hatred against you. This is what it means to be a Hindu,"
    8.Rahul Gandhi concluded his speech with a hug to the Prime Minister and blessings from him.

    Congress President Rahul Gandhi took everyone in the Lok Sabha by surprise when he went and hugged Prime Minister Narendra Modi after tearing into the BJP-led government during the no confidence motion.
    "I have not an iota of hatred or hard feelings against you. You hate me, I maybe 'Pappu' for you. But I love you and respect you because I am the Congress," Gandhi said at the end of his fiery speech.
    The Prime Minister, a little taken aback at first, called Gandhi back and shook hands with him with a pat on his back. The two exchanged some words.
    As the opposition members gave Gandhi a standing ovation and thumped their desks, Speaker Sumitra Mahajan said such conduct was against the rules of the House.
