Rahul condoles deaths in Kamla mills fire, says culprits be severely punished

"Loss of several lives in the fire in the Kamla mills compound in Mumbai is very unfortunate. I associate myself with the grief of the families of the victims. The incident should be investigated and the guilty severely punished," Mr Gandhi said in a tweet written in Marathi.
