Don’t politicise Gauri’s murder: Brother

“If you want to criticise on her ideology it depends upon an individual stand. But don’t politicise the killing. She never had enmity with anyone, be it an individual or a political party as is being alleged,” Indrajit added. 

Speaking to reporters here, Lankesh said that the Special Investigation Team (SIT) appointed by the State Government exclusively to investigate the murder and nab the culprits at the earliest has already started working and was confident of nabbing the assailants at the earliest. 

On CBI inquiry, Indrajit said that “we want justice and since SIT has already been formed and has started working they should be given sufficient time to complete their investigation.  However, if SIT fails to deliver, we are certainly press for CBI investigation.”
