Shivpal swears Akhilesh will form new party
Sacked Uttar Pradesh minister and Samajwadi Party state president Shivpal Singh Yadav in his first attack on his nephew and Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, disclosed that he (Akhilesh) had informed him that he was going to form a party and would contest election in alliance with other political parties.
Lucknow
“I can say this by taking ganga jal in my hand that Akhilesh said to me that he would form a party and contest the election in alliance with some other political outfit,” he said during the meeting of the SP here. He also defended Amar Singh saying that his contribution for the party was enough and he was not at all involved in any conspiracy.
“People who work to weaken SP and who are working against us, they should know we will form government again with Netaji’s ideology. But on the other hand, we can not tolerate liars in SP, we just can’t,” he openly remarked hitting out at Ram Gopal Yadav.
“Indiscipline will not be tolerated in this party. This party has reached such heights only because of Netaji and anyone insulting him would not be spared and strict action would be taken against him,” he said while appealing to the leaders and workers to dedicate themselves to winning the 2017 UP elections.
Further attacking CM and even Ram Gopal, Shivpal said, “who were responsible for breaking of the alliance with Quami Ekta Dal and the Mahagathbandan in Bihar.” Even claiming that he has no dispute with the CM, he said,” I was upset when the CM took my departments but even after several insults I have never disobeyed any directive of the CM.
