Odd-Even scheme from April 15 to 30
The second phase of the Odd-Even formula, aimed at curbing pollution in the national capital, will be implemented from April 15 till April 30, announced Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday

Addressing mediapersons here, Mr Kejriwal said the decision to re-implement the vehicle rationing scheme was being taken after about 81 per cent Delhiites gave thumbs up for the scheme during Mohalla Sabhas held across the city.Â
Elaborating further the scheme, Mr Kejriwal said women, VVIPs and two wheelers would continue to remain exempted from the scheme. However, he urged VVIPs to voluntarily participate in the scheme to contribute in environment conservation. Â
