The 25 children selected for the National Bravery Awards 2015 were felicitated at a function at Delhi Secretariat by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in presence of his Deputy Manish Sisodia, Delhi Home Minister Satyendra Jain and Minister in the Department of Women and Child Development Sandeep Kumar and Minister Imran Hussain.

Welcoming the brave children the Chief Minister said, ''You all are a source of inspiration for the Nation. You all risked your lives to save others. Continue to be brave, never give in, and stay brave all your life. The Government of Delhi is always there for you.''

On this occasion, the Chief Minister, recalling his childhood days, said, ''On the Republic Day, it was the brave kids sitting on the elephants during the parade which was one of the most interesting parts of the day.''

Lauding the children for their bravery, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said, I am so happy to meet you all, who are not afraid of anything. Otherwise, whoever you see is afraid of one thing or the other. But you are the ones who are not afraid even about your lives. I salute you all!
