Is Silambarasan TR playing dual roles in Maanaadu?

With Maanaadu's first look out, fans were contemplating whether actor Simbu would be playing dual role in the movie.

The much awaited movie's looks were released a few days back, and in one of the posters Simbu was seen in a praying stance with bloody head and a bullet wedged on his forehead. In the second poster, Simbu was seen holding a gun to his head with various faceted versions of himself in the background.

These divergent posters raised questioned among the fans as they wondered if the actor would be playing a dual role. But the producer of the movie, Suresh Kamatachi put an end to the speculations. According to reports, he stated that Simbu would not be playing a dual role.

The shooting for the movie was resumed recently. It is directed by Venkat Prabhu.
