Master teaser from Diwali, a much needed distraction

'Thalapathy' Vijay, who is a personification of celebration, whose presence brings smiles to all sections has been in a space alien to him for quite sometime now.

With his father and director SA Chandrashekhar floating a party carved out of Vijay's social welfare organisation and Vijay's mother Shoba making the strained father-son relationship public, all is not going well for the star.

On Wednesday, reshuffling his organisation's office bearers, Vijay once again sent out a loud message of his stance on his father's political moves. 

Warped in such a negative zone, Vijay's image needs a facelift now and Master teaser could just do the job.

The hashtag #Masterteaser was a nation wide trend for over a day, resonating the much needed positive distraction.

Director Lokesh Kanagaraj tweeted an update from his Twitter that the film's teaser will be out on Diwali, to the delight of 'Thalapathy' fans.

This comes despite the fact that the Master team is still in dark over the right time for its release while they remain hopeful of a Pongal 2021 release subject to covid vaccination or the contagion's indolence.
