Bigg Boss season 4 is all set to begin this weekend, October 4, 2020. Bigg Boss- Tamil, has been the most-watched TV show ever since its launch in 2017. With a total of more than 15 contestants in each season, this show has garnered a huge fan base, thanks for kindling the inquisitiveness of the audience, with the nail-biting promos, melodramatic scenes, and unconventional tasks that the housemates have to undergo in order to avoid eviction that happens each week.

After 3 successful seasons, Bigg Boss had announced that it will go on for season 4, with the same host, Ulaga Nayagan Kamal. But considering the pandemic situation and the SOPs to be followed, it was said that the season 4 had to compromise with few aspects, like reducing the number of days to be spent within the big boss house and few such.

Let's have a look at what to expect from the show, with SOPs followed:

1:  Self Hygiene might be one of the consideration, just like wearing the mikes, during earlier seasons. This decision is speculated to have been taken in view of the Covid-19 pandemic to ensure the supreme safety of all the contestants.

2. The list of most probable contestants includes: Shivani Narayanan (Vijay TV), Actress Ramya Pandian (Cook-u with Comali), Veteran actress Rekha, VJ Archana Chandhoke, Actress Gabriella, Actress  Sanam Shetty, VJ turned actor Rio Raj, Aajeedh Khalique(Super Singer), Director Anu Mohan, Actor Aari Arjuna and Aranthangi Nisha. There are 2 other participants who might fit in the usual non-cinematic background contestants, of which one might be a model. Most of the contestants are reportedly under quarantine already.

3. The were also rumours that the total number days might be cut down to 60 days, as the show is all set to begin later than scheduled, due to the unprecedented lockdown.

4. The makers of the show are more likely to emphasize on spreading awareness on Covid-19. This is evident from the teasers released, to encourage the public to consider the SOPs seriously.

5.Changes in the tasks can also be expected. With quarantines and sanitisation as first priority, there may not be any surprise family visitors, inside the BB house.

6. There is also rumours going on that there won't be any weekly, live audience shoot, considering the SOPs mentioned by the state government.

All the above speculations will be answered, as soon as the show begins this weekend. Lets keep our fingers crossed until then.
