Jayam Ravi's 'Bhoomi' becomes the first Tamil movie to release on this OTT platform

Jayam Ravi's upcoming Tamil film 'Bhoomi' has joined the list of several other movies that were released in OTT platform during the the Covid-19 lockdown, because of the opening restrictions on theaters.

'Bhoomi' is Ravi's 25th film. LetsOTT GLOBAL took to their official Twitter handle to confirm this news. This news has made fans of Ravi happy, as they do not have to wait anymore to witness their favorite star's film. 

The movie is reported to be the first Kollywood flick to have a direct release on Disney+ Hotstar. 'Bhoomi' stars Jayam Ravi and Nidhhi Agerwal in lead roles. 

Directed by 'Romeo Juliet' fame Lakshman, the film has D.Imman composing the music and background score. 

Apart from 'Bhoomi', Surya's 'Soorarai Pottru' and Madhavan-Anushka's 'Nishabdham' are some of the Tamil movies that are to be released on OTT platforms soon.
