    The dessert lab 196 Degrees Below renders a sizzling experience serving instant ice creams prepared in the presence of the customer using liquid nitrogen and gives you a choice of over 50 flavors with no additives and preservatives as well as waffles & thick shakes.  

    It also serves unique popcorn & cheetos snack by freezing the popcorn with liquid nitrogen offering a fun filled experience of tasting the same and feeling your chilling breath. A distinct feature of the dessert lab is the glassware used in a science laboratory is creatively transformed as tableware therefore your ice cream is served in a beaker!

    ANTARI servers Malayasia’s signature pastry Mexican coffee bun filled with butter and with coffee cookies. KETO menu for guests who prefers to have low carbohydrates and coconut shell activated charcoal in burgers, buns and ice creams are fresh food concepts to be introduced in the restaurant’s menu.

    The man behind this innovative drive is Jignesh Pujara, as a lover of food he chose to follow his passion and set out to Australia to start a Café but could not go ahead with his plans due to the world recession.
