The grand finale of Mrs India 2017 pageant was recently held at a star property in the city. Tripti Aravind of Karnataka, who wore a shimmery gown with a knee-high slit, beat 47 others across various talent rounds to bag the coveted crown.

Prachi Agarwal of Chhattisgarh and Dr Duyu Meena Mudang of Arunachal Pradesh, were the first and second runner-up, respectively. The women were judged by hair expert Bony Sashidharan, celebrity food consultant Neetha Bhoopalan and Nalli Kuppuswami among others.
