Suchitra going through an emotional condition, says husband Karthik on her tweets

Suchitra has been in the news for her recent tweets, targeting actor Dhanush, RJ Balaji, singer Chinmayi and TV anchor Dhivyadharshini. After releasing private pictures of actors Dhanush, Hansika Motwani, Andrea Jeremiah, music director Anirudh Ravichander and Dhivyadharshini, Suchitra had tweeted on Friday that her account was hacked. 

In a series of tweets, Suchitra posted pictures that were allegedly taken from Dhanush’s phone and then challenged Dhanush, Anirudh and Chinmayi to “deny this cheap act”. There was also a leaked video from the handle that is being speculated to be of actress Sanchitha Shetty’s. Meanwhile, Sanchitha has responded on twitter via a video saying, “I’m very much aware of what is happening on social media. I want to clarify one thing to my fans and all who love me. Whatever is circulating on social media, the pictures and video, those are not mine. Thanks for your love and support.” A series of tweets thereafter also suggests that videos of singer Chinmayi-Anirudh, Dhanush-Amala Paul and Dhanush-Parvathy Nair will be leaked in the coming days. The account also shared a pornographic video followed by a tweet asking people to download the video before it is deleted. The account later switched to “protected” mode on Saturday morning. 

Reacting to the buzz around her tweets that went viral under the hashtag ‘Suchileaks’, Suchitra’s husband and actor Karthik Kumar posted a video where he explained the entire situation. “People have been mentioning her tweets in a not so positive way. I have been honest enough to tell them, it is indicative of a certain emotional state we are all trying to understand and address,” he says. “All the people mentioned in the tweets have been patient enough to understand that this could happen to anyone and to not take it personally. I really value all of that. There is nothing personal in all of this and it is more indicative of whatever condition she is going through,” Karthik adds. “I request everyone not to go to town about this and not to take any of those ‘facts’ seriously. Please treat her like you would as a member of your own family,” adds the actor in the two-minute-long video. 

In her earlier tweets, Suchitra had allegedly mentioned that Dhanush’s ‘gang’ attacked her posting pictures of a bruised arm. Rumours are also doing the rounds that Suchitra was unhappy with her professional life, and is hence, lashing out against her competitors and former ‘good friends’, who are not on the best of terms with her anymore.
