A younger Baahubali and Bhallaladeva take part in an epic and deadly tournament of champions, competing against fearsome warriors from around the world. At stake is the honour of Sivagami and the kingdom of Mahishmati. The price for failure is death! If you are already hooked on to the storyline, then it is time to download the exclusive digital comic available on the Graphic Pop app available in all Android devices. In addition to the new comics, Graphic and Arka are also working on a larger animated series event, entitled, Baahubali: The Lost Legends, which is in production and was recently announced.

“I am thrilled to finally bring our fans this untold story of Baahubali which will reveal new insights about the characters from the film in a story about an epic tournament that shaped prince Baahubali’s life early on. The events in the comics take place years before the events of the film,” said filmmaker SS Rajamouli. It is also a great way to generate some buzz for the Baahubali sequel, which is slated for release in April 2017, says the director.

Baahubali has redefined Indian cinema and created a world that transcends the movie screen and can embrace its fans with experiences across comics, animation and games. It is a gift for all fans of the film,” said Graphic India Co-Founder & CEO, Sharad Devarajan.

Shobu Yarlagadda, CEO of Arka, added, “The quality of this first Baahubali graphic novel captures the high visual art and storytelling that we are sure will appeal to both the fans of the film as well as to comic book readers across the country.”
