Known for being a nurturer of talent, the competition was kept as a surprise for Manikandan and once he was informed about the same on his birthday, he was overwhelmed. The event saw many scintillating performances by top hip hop dancers from the city. Many well-wishers of the birthday boy turned up at the contest and were spotted wishing him. The contest was a treat for dance-lovers in the city.
