    GRT Hotels and Resorts’ launched its Great Foodie 2017 calendar titled "A taste of the year ahead" at a special ‘white brunch’.

    The calendar brings into focus 12 spectacular cooking techniques that will define food trends this year. This year’s theme celebrates unique methods used across the group’s restaurants — slow cooking, nitrogen freezing, molecular gastronomy, steaming, dum and tandoor cooking among others. Dressed in the serene shade of white, guests joined the chefs as they showcased various techniques of cooking at live counters. The event also saw theme-based games and quizzes, live music, a lavish buffet featuring dishes from various cuisines, and a whole lot of fun activities.
