Deepika’s pic from acting school evokes nostalgia
Actress Deepika Padukone has managed to carve for herself a niche in Bollywood over the last few years. Deepika, who was a very successful model before switching careers, did her homework before becoming an actor. An old photograph of the 32-year-old star from her days at Anupam Kher’s school Actor Prepares has gone viral and it seems to be a perfect day for it because it is throwback Thursday.

In the picture, a kohl-eyed Deepika Padukone smiles for the camera as she poses with one of her batchmates, dressed in an institute monogram tee. Deepika graduated from the institute with a diploma in 2006. The same year, she made her debut in Kannada film Aishwarya. In 2017, Deepika Padukone has some fabulous projects in queue for release. First up is her much-awaited Hollywood debut with Vin Diesel, xXx: Return of Xander Cage. In Bollywood, she will play Rani Padmavati in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s period drama, Padmavati.
