The restaurant is the latest offering from VM Hospitality, owned by Vikram Mohan. It was inaugurated by His Excellency Asfaw Dingamo Kame, the Ambassador of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia to India. The guests were served strong Ethiopian brews along with a few tantalising dishes from the menu. Outcome of a year of extensive research on cuisine, art, decor and ingredients from Ethiopia, the new eatery has generated a lot of curiosity among foodies.
