The recent edition of Hyatt Culinary Challenge saw the likes of Vidya Singh, Vivek Karunakaran, Pavitra Rajesh, Benazir Hussain, Rathi Neelakantan, Charath Narasimhan and many others create some wonderful dishes for guests. The challenge, held annually, is conceptualised as a unique event that will bring together individuals from various backgrounds on a common platform, where they could showcase their culinary expertise and passion  for food in an interactive culinary  event.Â
