    Si Pang and Apple Chamomile Iced Tea

    While water is always the best way to beat the heat, try these refreshing summer sips that will not only quench your thirst but also cool your senses.

    APPLE CHAMOMILE ICED TEA

    Ingredients:

    60 ml Apple juice 

    120 ml Chamomile tea 

    1 Green apple

    Method:

    • Pour apple juice in a tall glass. Fill the glass with ice. Pour chamomile tea infusion over ice slowly. Add more ice when it melts and continue till the glass is full.
    • Garnish with thin slices of apple.

    HOME-MADE STRAWBERRY GINGER-ALE

    Ingredients:

    10 ml Ginger juice 

    15 ml Lime juice 

    30 ml Strawberry puree 

    Soda- Top up

    Method:

    • Pour ginger juice, lime juice and strawberry puree in a tall glass. Top the glass with ice. 
    • Pour chilled soda and garnish with mixed berries.

    Description:

    Fresh watermelon and mint muddled together, shaken with orange and apple juice.

    Ingredients:

    Watermelon 5-6 chunks 

    Mint leaves 8-10 nos 

    Orange juice 60 ml 

    Apple juice 60 ml

    Method: 

    • Take the mint and watermelon chunks, muddle together.
    • Add apple and orange juice.
    • Put 3 to 4 cubes of ice. 
    • Shake and strain. 
    • Serve in a collin glass.

    SUMMER WALK

    Ingredients:

    80 ml Watermelon 

    80 ml Tender coconut water 

    60 ml Pomegranate juice 

    Add Pineapple juice according to the sweetness.  

    Method:

    • Mix all the ingredients in a shaker with lots of ice, pour in a hurricane or tall glass and serve. 
    • You can pick one of the following options for the garnishes.
    • A watermelon piece with a green peal.
    • A cinnamon stick.
    • A coconut thread.
    • A round pineapple piece.
