Vijay Mallya and Pinky Lalwani a former Kingfisher airlines air hostess had been reportedly dating since the time he offered her a job in the airlines back in 2011 as reported by many online publications.
This would be his third marriage after Sameera Tyabjee a former Airhostess and Rekha Mallya, a childhood friend. Vijay Mallya has three children – Siddharth, Leanna and Tanya from his two earlier marriages.
Earlier this week, A Delhi court ordered attachment of properties of his properties and declared him as a proclaimed offender for evading summons.
The 62-year-old has been on trial for the UK court to rule if he can be extradited to India to face charges of fraud and money laundering amounting to around Rs 9,000 crores, is on bail until April 2.
The extradition trial, which opened at a London court on December 4, is aimed at putting a prima facie case of fraud against the tycoon, who has been based in the UK since he left India in March 2016.
On a lighter note, the news of Mallya’s wedding set the twitterati’s with the occasional joke with tweets talking his lighter takes on marriage.
