While both have said that they have been waiting for the right script, it looks like a project will take shape next year.There was a buzz in tinsel town that Halitha Shameem of Sillu Karupatti fame will be directing the film. When DT Next contacted Halitha, she said, “I was asked to work on a script by them after they watched Sillu Karupatti. I have started penning the script and I am yet to complete it but am now focused on shooting for my part of Navarasa, the anthology. I will resume my work for Suriya-Jyotika film post December.” Suriya, who is awaiting the release of Soorarai Pottru also has Vadivaasal with Vetrimaaran.
