Texan Louis likely to succeed original Grumpy Cat
The social media has not been the same place after the passing away of Grumpy Cat, but 6-year-old Persian cat Louis, who lives in Texas, may be the successor of the sensational feline. Louis has a permanent annoyed expression on its face irrespective of his activities like playing with its owner or partner-in-crime Monae. The cat doesn’t have a condition like Tardar Sauce, the reason for the original Grumpy Cat’s permanent scowl. The owner suspects that the cat’s partner Monae may be the real reason behind Louis’ annoyed expression. Mone is quite a bully which keeps irritating Louis who is older, says the owner. And of course, Louis will take time to achieve popularity like the original Grumpy Cat.
Indian bar’s ‘Don’t Drink and Drive’ warning is driving Reddit crazy
A bar with its quirky “drink and drive” themed menu, in Karnataka’s Mangaluru city, is going viral on Reddit India. While India warns its motorists of the dangers of drunk-driving through sign boards and placed on roads, this bar has taken it to the next level by displaying it on their menu. ““Don’t drink and drive because there are people out there who text and drive. If they hit you, it will be your fault,” the text reads. Spotted by the users, the hilarious warning left many intoxicated on the platform.
Spectators dress up as ‘sand paper’ to mock tainted Aussie cricketers Smith, Warner
Australian cricket coach Justin Langer’s pleas to not boo David Warner and Steve Smith ahead of the World Cup tournament went in vain as the pair were repeatedly mocked during their match against Afghanistan on Saturday. The duo, who was a part of ball-tampering controversy, also were welcomed by two spectators, dressed in sandpaper outfits and holding a giant image of a cricket ball, stood in the ground’s balcony furthering the mockery.
