Landlord held under Pocso Act for molesting tenant’s minor daughter
Ennore all-women police arrested a 56-year-old man under the Pocso Act for molesting an eight-year-old daughter of his tenant.

The victim’s mother who came to know about the abuse of her daughter by the landlord lodged a complaint at Ennore police station after which a case was registered. Since the investigation confirmed the abuse of the accused, Ennore police arrested him and remanded him in judicial custody.
