“The problem is that those who are in need of such drugs and are ready to pay extra for it will not come forward to tip police about the network,” said a senior police officer.
“However, we now have set our informants and have been monitoring the movements. We will soon know if there is any major nexus involved in it. From the arrests we have made so far, it looks like there is no major network involved,” the officer added.
The officer said that the people who really need these drugs may not be able to get them due to the presence of the black market and it has to be stopped.
