Body of missing 17-year-old found inside well

The police said Rohini went missing on March 8. Her parents filed a complaint at the Thirukalukundram police station. The police registered a missing complaint and were searching for Rohini. Meanwhile, on Friday morning, villagers noticed a body inside a well in the locality and informed the police. 

A police team identified it as Rohini. The body was in a decomposed state and it was sent for post-mortem examination to Chengalpattu government hospital. The police have registered a case and are investigating whether she committed sui- Rohini cide or was murdered.
