Women trio out on bail up to old tricks,returns to prison
Three women, who were recently arrested by RK Nagar police for robbing senior citizens by diverting their attention in north Chennai, have been arrested again since they continued with their offences after getting released on bail.

 S Isakki Ammal (27), M Lakshmi (40) and T Usha (34) of Thoothukudi were arrested by Basin Bridge police on Friday. Police said the trio diverted the attention of one Muniammal (40), who works at Kilpauk Government Hospital as a sweeper, when she was on her way back home from work on MTC bus on October 20. Two of them who sat next to her relieved her two sovereigns and got down from the bus.
 Muniammal raised an alarm and later lodged a complaint at Basin Bridge police station. A case was registered and the women trio was secured on suspicion in Basin Bridge area on Friday night. During interrogation, the trio admitted that they escaped with Muniammal’s chain.
 All three women were remanded in judicial custody.
