Special MEMU for Pournami Girivalam

The train will leave Vellore cantonment at 9.45 pm and reach Polur at 10.40 pm, and Tiruvannamalai at 11.25 pm.

Starting from Tiruvannamalai at 4 am, the train will reach Arni Road at 5 am and Vellore at 5.55 am, a statement from Southern Railway said. The passenger special will stop at Kaniyambadi, Kannamangalam, Arni Road, Polur, Agaram and Turinjapuram. Another statement said a special train will be operated from Trivandrum to Krishnarajapuram to clear extra rush of passengers. Train no 06031 with special fares will leave Trivandrum at 10 pm on September 13 and reach Krishnarajapuram at 2.15 pm thenext day.

The train comprising an AC tier-II, five AC tier-III, 12 sleeper class and two luggage cum brake van coaches will stop at Kollam, Kayamkulam, Chengannur, Tiruvalla, Changanasseri, Kottayam, Ernakulam Town, Aluva, Thrisur, Palakkad, Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode, Salem and Bangarpet, the statement added.
