The Aeronautical Scientist of India, Ramanujan Varadharaja Perumal and Senior Scientist of Bhabha Atomic Research Centre Technical Coordination Wing, J Daniel Chellappa, was the chief guest of the occasion.
Principal Jayalakshmi Ramachandran welcomed the gathering and presented the annual report of the academic year 2018-2019.
The chief guest R V Perumal addressed the gathering and spoke on the technical capacities of India in the field of space technology. He also said there are possibilities to launch a satellite in the nation without foreign aid. The second chief guest J Daniel Chellappa addressed issues relating to energy exchange and services rendered by the BARC in the production of air, water, and pulses and legumes in a pollution-free environment.
