Juveniles attacked outside court, one arrested

The juveniles, hailing from Vyasarpadi, were detained three months ago for attacking one Madhavan with a knife. They came out on bail recently but were asked to appear regularly before the juvenile court in Purasaiwalkam. Seeking revenge, Madhavan came to the court on Monday evening with a friend, also a juvenile, and attacked them with knife. The victims escaped with minor injuries and police managed to secure the juvenile attacker, but Madhavan fled from the spot. The Secretariat Colony police have registered a case and sent the minor to an observation home in the city.
