Commemorating International Yoga Day, free yoga classes to be held in Chennai metro railway stations
The classes are organized by a Pollachi-based Yoga institution Sutha Veli Sabhai. AN Dhanasekaran, who has 40 years of proficiency in Yoga will be taking the classes.

Yoga classes are going to be conducted for continuous four days of June in the metro stations of Chennai Central, Thirumangalam, Mannadi, Vadapalani, Ashok nagar, Saidapet, Egmore and St.Thomas Mount.
The classes are organized by a Pollachi-based Yoga institution Sutha Veli Sabhai. AN Dhanasekaran, who has 40 years of proficiency in Yoga will be taking the classes.
Apart from the metro employees, the public are also welcome to take part in the yoga learning. The time schedule for the Yoga classes in different metro stations is listed below;
20/06/19- From 6.30 am onwards- Chennai Central metro railway station, from 5.30 pm onwards- Saidapet metro railway station
21/06/19- From 6.30 am onwards- Thirumangalam metro railway station, from 5.30 pm onwards- Egmore metro railway station
22/06/19- From 6.30 am onwards- Mannadi metro railway station, from 5.30 pm onwards- St.Thomas Mount metro railway station
23/06/19- From 6.30 am onwards- Vadapalani metro railway station, from 5.30 pm onwards- Ashok nagar metro railway station
Public between the age group of 3 and 80 can take part in this event.
June 21st is celebrated as International Yoga Day. In India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be taking part in an event in Ranchi to celebrate International Yoga Day. In Tamil Nadu, there are number of events planned ahead of the day.
