Nepal man misbehaves with woman sleeping at house, arrested
A 20-year-old man from Nepal has been arrested for allegedly trying to misbehave with a woman while she was asleep in Ayanavaram.

The incident happened on Wednesday night when the 22-year-old woman was sleeping at her house. She felt someone touching her, woke up and saw a man escaping from her house through the balcony. Based on her complaint, the Ayanavaram police registered a case and arrested Rupesh Bohra of Nepal after investigation. The police said that Rupesh had been working at a restaurant in the locality for two months and tried to misbehave with the woman under the influence of alcohol. He has been remanded in judicial custody.
In another incident, the Washermenpet all-women police arrested a textile shop owner for misbehaving with a 19-year-old temporary woman employee. The girl from Korukkupet, who is pursuing graduation at a private college, started working in a textile shop at Washermenpet during her summer vacation. Recently, the owner Mannar allegedly tried to misbehave with the girl when no one else was in the shop. As the girl refused to go to the shop, her mother questioned her after which she informed her mother about the harassment she faced from the owner. Based on a complaint by the girl’s mother, the police registered a case and arrested Mannar.
