    With summer comes the occasion to enjoy refreshing cocktail recipes so why not make it a little different and tasty.

    Jamun Fizz

    Ingredients

    12 jamuns

    200 ml lemon soda

    75 ml vodka

    500 ml apple juice

    Method

    • Combine the soda, vodka and apple juice into cocktail shaker, and keep shaking until properly blended.
    • Pour into cocktail glasses, and 
    • drop in the jamuns.
    • Let them steep for a few minutes in the liquid, then just before serving, top up the glasses with the fizzy lime soda.

    Tutty Fruity Margarita

    Ingredients

    1/2 cup mango chunks (frozen)

    1/2 cup ice

    2 fluid ounce white tequila

    1/2 lemon (juiced)

    As per taste brown sugar

    Method

    • Combine the mango, ice, tequila and 
    • lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
    • Moisten the rim of a margarita glass with the lemon and rim in a dish of brown sugar.
    • Pour in margarita and enjoy.

    Litchi Daiquiri

    Ingredients

    20 ml litchi fruit mix

    10 ml lemon juice

    50 ml white rum

    Method

    • Take 20 ml litchi fruit mix in a cocktail shaker.
    • Add 10ml freshly squeezed lime juice.
    • Add 50 ml white rum.
    • Add ice cubes to the top and shake well.
    • Now fine strain the ingredients and pour in chilled margarita glass.
    • For garnish, take an orange peel, give it a long slit at the centre, and two outward slits on each side and place it on the rim using the centre slit.
