The most searched question on the internet about the recently married diva is the age difference between Priyanka and Nick. In fact, Nick, 25, is a fan of the age gap between him and Priyanka, 36. Though Priyanka was questioned about her decision to marry someone who is much younger to her, the actress took it in her stride and said, “Everybody’s telling me that he will get younger and younger and I will get older and older but we will see na.” 

When many thought that Arya would choose his life partner from the reality show Enga Veetu Mapillai, he disappointed the audience in the last episode saying that he’s not in a mood to get married anytime soon. However, on V-Day, the 38-year-old actor revealed his marriage plans with none other than his Ghajinikanth co-star Sayyeshaa Saigal, 21, grand niece of actors Saira Banu and Dilip Kumar. While wishes flooded him on Twitter, meme creators took this as an opportunity to troll the actor for marrying a girl who is 17 years younger to him.

Actor Vishal, 41, who is also the president of Tamil Films Producers Council and Secretary of Nadigar Sangam, is finally getting hitched to Hyderabad-based Anisha Alla Reddy, 24. Soon after the news broke, Netizens were more interested in finding their age difference rather than congratulating the actor on his decision. The 16-year age difference came as a surprise to many.

And moreover, in today’s generation age doesn’t even matter and is not at all a factor in finalising a marriage proposal,” says Nikita Vyas, a psychologist, from the city. The youngster says that the age difference between a couple doesn’t impact their married life. “That’s an old school thought and I believe compatibility and like-mindedness matter the most in any relationships,” adds the psychologist.

“I don’t know why people make a huge hue and cry when someone, especially male celebrities marry younger women. I really appreciate Priyanka Chopra’s decision to marry a guy who is younger than her. It’s their personal choice and why others are putting their nose in other’s business,” shares Nikita.
