Mobile shop looted
Miscreants broke into a mobile phone shop and escaped with 25 phones and Rs 25,000 in Karambakkam on Tuesday.

The shop owner, G Sureshkumar, locked the shop on First Main Road as usual and returned home on Monday night.
When he returned next morning, he found that the lock tampered with and mobile phones and cash stolen. Based on his complaint, the Valasaravakkam police registered a case. The CCTV footage showed three men arriving at the shop on a bike and carrying out the loot between 2 am to 2.30 am. The police are trying to identify the suspects with the help of the footage.
