Judge’s car rams autorickshaw, 2 injured
Two persons were injured after an SUV belonging to a High Court judge rammed an autorickshaw on Kamarajar Salai early on Wednesday morning.

According to the police, the car was driven by Babu (30) from Ayyapakkam. He was on the way to pick up the Judge, Jayachandran, at 4.30 am from Central Station when the incident happened.
The police said that the car was near Presidency College and was in the centre of the road when it collided with the autorickshaw on the left side of the road.
The autorickshaw driver Rubalingam (44) from Ambattur and the passenger Govindaraj (50) from Mylapore suffered injuries. They are undergoing treatment at Government Rajiv Gandhi Hospital and are said to be in a stable condition.
