There is nothing that can match that. However, there is definitely something to enhance the current diet in terms of taste and nutrition — superfoods. A superfood is a nutrient-rich food, considered to be beneficial for health and well-being.
Here is a list of four simple superfoods you can add on to your everyday diet.
Moringa:Â
This is a leaf powder from the drumstick tree and in fact, every part of that tree is loaded with health benefits. It helps fight free radicals (molecules that cause cell damage, and we don’t want that!). Moringa is loaded with incredible nutritional benefits and is the perfect food to start your day with. You can make a moringa drink by adding half or less than half a spoon of moringa powder to a glass of water and squeeze in a bit of lemon.
Flax and chia seeds:Â
These are packed with Omega 3, fiber and is anti-inflammatory. Just dry roast these seeds for about a minute and add these crunchy toppings to a salad or main meal.
Avarampoo tea:Â
This is a great substitute for your afternoon caffeine addiction. Avarampoo helps regulate blood sugar levels and maintains body temperature. The powder also treats many skin problems. Avarampoo is generally preferred for dry to normal skin use.
Pumpkin seeds:Â
Pumpkin seeds are a good source of healthful oils, magnesium, and other nutrients that enhance the health of the heart, bones, and other functions.
