“I have not grabbed any single square feet of land attached to any temple in the state and charges against me are fake. If charges against me are proved I will quit politics”, said Arunmozhidevan, while addressing media persons at the Secretariat.
Recently, Raja placed an allegation that Arunmozhidevan had grabbed 200 acres of temple land in Thittakudi and had allegedly abused him in a public meeting. Reacting against the allegation Arunmozhidevan said that Raja’s aim is to disturb communal harmony in the State.
“Raja is involved in divisive politics and is speaking as if he is the sole representative of Hindus. His speeches are aimed at tarnishing the image of Dravidian parties”, said Arunmozhidevan.
He expressed confidence that police will act against Raja for continuously speaking against communal harmony in the state.
