Two arrested in Rs 15 crore worth land grab cases
The Anti-Land Garb Special Cell sleuths arrested two men in two incidents of land grabbing case worth Rs 15 core on Friday. The arrested were identified as N Murugan, of Adambakkam, and P Sundaresan, of Pallavaram.

Police said that Murugan forged documents of 1.22 acres worth Rs 10 core at Adambakkam, while Sundarsen forged documents of 1.11 acres worth Rs 5 core at Jamin Pallavaram.Â
Murugan was arrested based on a complaint filed by S Thanigavel, a resident of Porur. In the other incident, Sundaresan forged the documents to grab the land belonging to SNP Insfrestruction LTD at Jameen Pallavaram.Â
After investigation police found that the documents are fake and arrested him. Both the accused were remanded in judicial custody and sent to prison.
