Sathyabama receives four-star rating from leading ranking body
Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology has been awarded four stars rating for overall performance by QS (Quacquarelli Symonds), a leading ranking organisation spread across five continents spanning over 25 languages

The institute is one among five others in India to receive this recognition on a global level. QS Stars is a rating system that evaluates the institutions on certain important criteria like teaching, facilities, employability, inclusiveness, innovation, and Internationalisation.Â
The ratings provide the stakeholders a complete overview about the institution and also the various parameters in which the institution is strong. Sathyabama has received the maximum five star rating for teaching, inclusiveness, facilities and four star rating for employability and innovation.Â
Dr Marie Johnson, President, and Dr Mariazeena Johnson, Pro Chancellor, Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, received the award from Ashwin Fernandes, Regional Director, Middle East, North Africa and South Asia, QS Intelligence Unit.Â
Ashwin congratulated the institution and added that these ratings would enhance the repute of all institutions on a global scale and enable students to choose from universities of their choice to meet their interests. Vice Chancellor of the Institution, Dr Sundar Manoharan welcomed the gathering and Pro Vice Chancellor, Dr T Sasipraba delivered vote of thanks.
