The meeting would be held at YMCA grounds in which the newly-elected office-bearers of his party would be introduced to the public. It would be the first meeting after the launch of his party.
A few days ago, Kamal released the list of party office-bearers that included names like industrialist CK Kumaravel, actress Sripriya, retired police officer AG Maurya and former IAS officer Rangarajan, besides film producer Kameela Nasser and scholar-professor Ku Gnanasambandhan.
On February 21, Kamal embarked on his political journey from former President APJ Abdul Kalam’s residence in Rameswaram.
At a public meeting in Madurai, he unfurled the party flag in red, white and black hues. His party launch was attended by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and AAP leader Somnath Bharti.
