Pachamuthu spreading false info: Madhan

Film producer S Madhan, who was released on bail in connection with a cheating case involving SRM University and its chancellor T R Pachamuthu, complained that the latter was spreading false information in a bid to tamper with the Enforcement Directorate’s investigation into the matter. In a petition filed at Police Commissionerate, Madhan has accused Pachamuthu that he was tryign to create an impression that Rs 88 cr was recovered from him in a bid to deflect the ED probe in his favour. Madhan said that Pachaimuthu misused his loyalty and made him a scapegoat in the scam of collecting capitation fee.
