Bizman hacked after argument with worker

Ambattur Estate police on Monday arrested a man for allegedly hacking a businessman of Pattaravakkam.

The accused has been identified as Veeraraghavan of Ambattur. Police said that the victim Krishna, who runs a job consultancy, had made 40 of his new recruits stay in a rented building in Ambattur. Veeraghavan, who lives nearby, told Krishna that the youngsters were creating nuisance, which led to an argument between them. Veeraghavan, who in an inebriated condition, attacked Krishna with a knife in a fit of rage. Krishna, who suffered injuries, has been undergoing treatment at a private hospital. Based on his complaint, Veeraghavan has been arrested
