Justice N Kirubakaran while directing the police to be prepared in handling more than 10,000 people in case of any agitation also called on the public to maintain peace as surveying and marking areas would not prejudice anybody.
He said, “By conducting a survey, neither the petitioner nor any of the petitioners would be prejudiced. The building is not going to be demolished and the citizens who are living in the area are not going to be vacated. Therefore, the parties who are living in the area shall not fear about the enjoyment of the property. Hence, the joint survey has to be conducted to find out and earmark the monument up to regulated area.”
The case has been posted for further hearing to September 14 for filing compliance report.
