Diversions at subway near Loyola College from June 19
The traffic police have announced diversion from the subway near Loyola College to facilitate repair works from June 19 onwards for the next two months.

MTC buses and heavy vehicles coming from EVR Salai towards Loyola subway will be diverted at EVR Salai-Nelson Manickam Road junction to  Aminjikarai  to Harrington Road point to New Avadi Road junction to Ega theatre junction to Gengu Reddy  Road junction to take a right turn to Gengu Reddy Subway to East Spur Tank Road  to take a right turn to Spur Tank Road and left to Sterling Road point and further left to College Road and reach their destination.Â
Except heavy vehicles, others coming from EVR Salai - Nelson Manickam Road Jn towards Loyola subway will be diverted at Nelson Manickam Road -Metha Nagar Junction (Soban Babu Statue) to take a left turn to Metha Nagar Main Road to Officers Colony 1st Street to New Bridge to Venkatachalapathy Street and right to Harrington Road and to take a left turn to Harrington Road Subway and Chetpet point to take a right turn to Sterling road Point to  College Road and reach their destination or Nelson Manickam Road to Choolaimedu point to Namachivayapuram Bridge to Chari Road to Harrington Road, Harrington subway, Chetpet point, Sterling Road Point,College Road and reach their destination.Â
All vehicles coming from Choolaimedu High Road towards Loyola subway will be diverted at Choolaimedu point to proceed to Namachivayapuram Bridge, Chari Road, Harrinton Road, Harrington Road subway, Chetpet point, Sterling Road point, College Road and reach their destination.Â
All vehicles coming from Chetpet point towards Sterling Road will not be allowed to take right turn at Sterling Road point, instead will be diverted via College Road, Haddows Road, Nungambakkam High Road, Valluvarkottam High Road, Wheat croft Road, Sterling Road to reach their destination.
At Madley BridgeÂ
The traffic police have announced traffic diversions at Madley Subway in one direction due to repair works from June 19. Motorists from T Nagar proceeding to West Mambalam should take South Usman Road, New Boag Road, 70 Feet Road and Aranganathan Subway to reach their destinations.
