No pendency of bill, clarifies resort MD
The management of the Golden Bay Resort, where the AIADMK MLAs were staying for over a week, ahead of the trust vote faced by Chief Minister Edapadi K Palanisamy in the Assembly, has stated that there was no pendency of the bill amount for the 10-day stay of the legislators at the resort.

The entire bill amount has been settled, according to B Prabhu, Managing Director of the Resort. He further added that they had no political connection and that the resort was booked by an agent.
The resort was built by his father T Bakthavathsalam, who was the Lions Club International District Governor between 2009 and 2010. He is a leading and noted entrepreneur in Chennai and has more than 5,000 clients in his 30 years of real estate business. “Now our family is continuing his business with myself and my brother B Yogesh as Managing partner,” he said.
