TVS’ realty project bags Singapore’s quality certificate

CONQUAS is assessment system developed by BCA, which quantitatively measures the overall workmanship quality at the completion of construction.  “Developers across the region are increasingly using CONQUAS as a measure of workmanship quality. Developed by BCA, Singapore, CONQUAS is now widely adopted in various projects in Malaysia, China, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Vietnam. It is also widely acclaimed in the UK and South Africa. Emerald Haven Realty Ltd is the real-estate venture of the TVS Group, started in 2012. 

TVS Emerald has already completed and delivered one project, GreenHills, before schedule and has recently launched a second project, GreenAcres.
